Well, yeah, except it'd be really scary if he did indeed have hands but I don't think I've ever seen him besides in the little picture, so maybe he does, I dunno.

I dunno. His paws are big enough to be hands sometimes. He's smacked the little cat around before, and I swear one time he scooped a piece of cat food up and ate it off his paw.
