alas, IT Crowd bites

I watched the third and fourth episodes of The IT Crowd recently.

The fourth episode was okay and had a nice plot to it involving a corporate suit-turned-goth now being kept in the basement, but the third episode, lordy, the third episode was just flat-out terrible. Any humor in the A story (involving Internet dating of all things) was killed deader than dead by the running joke involving people mistaking chocolate for shit. While said substance was plastered on someone else's forehead.



Yeah.

Don't have much hope for this series now.

The coolest bit of the Electric Company DVD box set has got to be the oldschool PBS bumper at the end of every episode.
