Kaitlyn brought in a menu for an eating establishment in Quincy. The menu is riddled with spelling errors: Pickels, an advisory against eating "row foods" and such, but my absolute favorite is the phrase in big friendly letters at the bottom of one page:

THANK YOU FOR BEING LOYAL COSTUMERS!

and here I didn't think I could sew a stitch...

There's a deli in Chelmsford center that sells smooked turkey sandwiches.

Mad props for the funny, but we went over this the other day; bestiality in and of itself is not illegal!

This must be placed upon a scanner. Then the scanner must be operated.

[livejournal.com profile] bex77 and I have been saying for years that someone could clean up in the menu proofing business. Hmm...

There's a pub in Iowa City that I otherwise adore, but there's always some typo on their menu. A few years ago, one pizza topping was "roasted red pepers" (which must, of course, be pronounced "peepers".)

I went back a month or so ago, and that had been fixed. Now they offered "roasted red peppers" (yay!) and "zuchinni" (um?).
