Plus also you'd maybe want to use either Better Than Boullion (TM) or, if you have a Penzey's, their little jar of beef goo, and it would taste more like beef and less like salt than if you used boullion.
I remember there was some sort of BBQ joint you were talking about a few years ago that I wanted to go to if I ever made it out there. Is this likely to be it?
