The extra-long extra-patriotic stretch in NY was one of the reasons cited by Twins management as to why the Twins completely unraveled in the bottom of the 7th in Game 2 of the Twins/Yanks series. Radke's arm cooled down too much.
Too bad the Yankees don't ever have to try to pitch after that extended stretch at home. I tried looking through the rules to see if there was a max time limit for the stretch, but couldn't find one.
