i am someone who makes his own chipotles (no lie!) and his own pepper vodka (yep)- while i can imagine a spicy but sweet jalepeno / pineapple drink concoction COULD be done correctly, once you add smoke (or the outback, or fridays) to the equation, things are going to go wrong. ew!
