I've read where the Indian guy (can't remember his name) is signed for the long-run.
I think number 17 (or whatever her number is) could be in, too. The only thing that bothers me is she is just Cameron Part II.
1. The reality thing is getting old.
2. Any doctor who pulled the panty raid thing would probably get fired for sexual harassment but, then, most everything House does would get a normal person fired.
3. My thought has always been that, somehow, Foreman, Cameron and Chase would be back working for/with House, but I'm not sure now. If they aren't going to utilize them (especially Cameron and Chase), they should get rid of them or reduce them to occasional guest star. I don't think either of them was on the show tonight.

I also think they need new writers to throw some variety in the patients. Now, really, does every patient with a strange disease REALLY have a seizure?
