Yes, indeed, it actually was lupus this time around (I've been waiting for someone to bring it up) but it wasn't Cameron who called it. ;)
Seriously, I was kinda hoping they'd have waited on lupus until the actual series finale; a season finale at the very least. Having it happen in a mid-season episode is kinda anti-climactic, but on the other hand, the joke has kinda run its course.
