That is one of the sucky things about working in a call center. When I lived in Indiana, I used to love going into work on the really ugly winter storm days. If you're in retail or some other face to face kind of customer service, those were usually the easiest days to work and you'd get kudos from management for not being one of the jerks who calle din sick.
