He probably meant that, I'm sure, but he needs better speechwriters. That's a pretty nasty contextual gaffe there.

I saw someone else leave a participle dangling in a heinous way this afternoon but I've forgotten who it was and what they said, but it was really bad. Maybe I'll find it again soon.
