A question for the Food Court gourmets

So, is it just me, or is the "Mandarin Chicken" from Panda Express the same thing as the "Bourbon Chicken" from, uh, the places that offer bourbon chicken?

I tend to fear anything from Panda Express. Never had Bourbon Chicken before.
