A question for the Food Court gourmets

So, is it just me, or is the "Mandarin Chicken" from Panda Express the same thing as the "Bourbon Chicken" from, uh, the places that offer bourbon chicken?

THe places that offer Bourbon chicken seem to be predominantly Cajun, but staffed by Koreans. I'm sure there's a reason why Cajun fast-food food-court places are always staffed by Koreans, but damned if I can tell what it is.

Anyways, yeah, I can well believe it, although in my experience the Bourbon chicken is somehwat drier.
