Aug. 30th, 2008 12:53 amGeoffrey Perkins, who had a hand in the creation of many British comedy series, from I'm Sorry, I Haven't A Clue and The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy on the radio to The Fast Show, Big Train and Father Ted on television has died in an accident. It's amazing one man could have produced so much. His work has greatly influenced quite a many of us, I know.
But more than that, he also was the man responsible for Mornington Crescent.
Services will be held at Hampstead Heath by way of a Moorgate-Kings Cross diagonal shunt, reversing LV and, unfortunately, putting Mr. Perkins into permanent knid.
