Where in Somerville do you live? We didn't get any bulldozers. Ever. I feel so deprived.

Monday morning, bulldozers were blocking off Broadway just south of 16, moving snow. Made my morning commute lovely.

my faith in the Somerville DPW is non-existant at this point.

So that's what those really loud noises were. I was too sleepy to go check.

I actually complained to the city the other day about the fact that the snow-emergency sides of the streets (you know, the ones that we need to move our cars from during a snow emergency, so they can plow?) hadn't really been plowed, and that ironically, the only available parking places were on the non-snow-emergency sides of the streets, where the cars had been parked. I wonder if I had any effect on this action...but I swear, I never said, "And oh, by the way, could you attempt to fix this at 3am, waking up me and all of my neighbors? Because that would be swell."
