ME: What a nice day! Well, okay, it's not so nice, but it's better than it has been. I think I shall wear my light jacket to work today on account of it being nice. Kinda nice.

PEOPLE AT WORK: Oh hey did you hear all about the DEATH STORM 2005 that is headed our way tonight?
ME, IN LIGHT JACKET: Well, shit.

The walk home tonight is gonna be very cold.

So Yahoo weather has us getting between 8" and a foot of snow. Weather underground pegs it closer to 4" (specific for Somerville area). Mostly it will be rain, and not start until 7 to 9 tonight.

Who are we supposed to believe?

I should have been a meteorologist....

So much for DEATH STORM! The uncertainty of it all shouldn't surprise me; this is New England, after all, and it's officially Spring. I do know the storm's over Pennsylvania now, however. I've been dealing with Wilkes-Barre tow companies for 45 minutes now. I think they closed down I-81. It's ugly over there.

That always happens to me. If I wear something too light, Mother Nature sends in death storms. Too heavy, and I look stupid carrying it in warmth everyone else seemingly got personal phone calls about that morning. That's why I'm always in my leather jacket- it's just right.
