There is snow falling from the sky and nobody has popped out to say APRIL FOOLS yet.

Waaaaayyy back in 1990 we had a freak snowstorm on May 10th. Something like half a foot of snow fell on all the spring flowers and killed them dead. The blossoming fruit trees suffered greatly too. If I remember right, we lost a lot of tree limbs in general thanks to the leaves holding on to the snow so nicely.

I no longer count myself safe until school is out.

bah. It's not snowing HERE. What's up with Boston beating Worcester for snowfall consistently this year? Even that really awful storm during Arisia, that shut down Boston... we were fine in Worcester.

It's okay. I note the last snowfall of the year each year, and we are still within range of snow. Although it hasn't snowed in NYC recently, history indicates we can't consider ourselves out of danger till next week.

Spotted just now on the Conan O'Brien show: Jesus on a Segway. Coincidence? Homage? Multi-million dollar lawsuit in the making?
