spatchYou might remember a few laughs ago when I mentioned New Jersey's Cheesequake State Park as the coolest-sounding state park name ever. It still is, but I was tooling around on Google Maps today and actually found ol' Cheesequake. Not only is it near Perth Amboy, but the Garden State Parkway runs right through it.

It's even a UNESCO World Heritage Site, right up there with the Pyramids, so you know it's cool. Plus, that name!
