Feb. 25th, 2006 08:24 pmWe had another nice recording session at the Moontower in Cambridge this afternoon. I had to apologize to everybody because I'm That Guy, you know, That Guy Who Got A Camera In His Phone And Has To Do Stuff With It And By "Do Stuff" I Mean Take Boring Pictures.

The Pepsi vending machine in the green room serves more than just PEPSI; here you see the selections for DEW, DUFF and FUDD. Renee tried the FUDD. She got a can of Miller Lite.

The Pepsi machine graphics are startlingly visceral when viewed up close.

The actual recording studio is full of great instruments. Here's a Moog Satellite on top of a Hammond M3 (with Leslie speaker.) I'm only guessing it's an M3 because of the cabinet, the lack of foot pedals, and the flat rocker switches.

I can't play for shit nowadays but I was psyched to see these two instruments living happily together in woodgrain cabinet harmony.

And here's the obligatory "Maybe I can get neat blurs by moving my phone around" shot.
