That looks a little too nice and neat to be graffiti.

I'm not saying it isn't, although the transit authority pre-graffiti'ing their own signs may be a subtle advertising move, or an effort to take the piss and discourage taggers.

Either way, whoever wrote that has madd Sharpie skillz.
