[villains] oh it's another bad guy
Sep. 5th, 2006 04:58 pmThe Spammer hit 15 last night which meant he gets a spiffy new title ("The Dastardly Spammer") and, with two Spambots and a Protector Bot, is soloing missions of "Vicious" difficulty. This means he gets to go up against foes two or more levels higher than him in every mission, and is particularly proud that, in his teens, he and his army can solo red bosses and the occasional purple (purple usually means 'deadly' and red means 'just slightly less deadly.')
Today though I got home from my doctor's appointment and rather than pass out, decided to roll one more villain on Protector so that The Spammer has a new pal in crime.
A NEW ENEMY HAS JOINED THE TEAM!

Fueled by pedantry, powered by technology, the Wikipedian is a man who just cannot leave well enough alone. Whether it's reverting bank balances to zero or pointlessly arguing semantics with do-gooders, one thing's clear: anyone who crosses his path will be Voted For Deletion!
Golly, I just need the time to play all these alts...

What impresses me most about I8 was that most of these changes were planned as a full paid expansion, but then they decided to just release it free.
