we may need to agree boss that this would have been much better had it not included the s for plurality s sake but then the supermarket may confuse longtime shoppers who would be led to believe there was but one pie for sale when in fact you can clearly see this is not the case

If one had a spare "s" or three, or a little stealth-paintin'-fu, one could make all the good paranoid patrons of that establishment quite nervous by advertising Spies! Spies! Spies! Because you never know when Spies! might be watching to make sure you don't get more than your fair share of Pie!
