Saturday night? It was probably SCUL, the Subversive Choppers Urban Legion. A friend of mine used to ride with them. They're fun, even when they're crashing a party at my place.

That looks like them, yep -- heavily modified lowrider bikes and a healthy sense of subversive frivolity. And blinky lights and streamers and bells and yeah. That's way cool.
