A Showcase was won, Bob Barker made a nicely humble speech about how much of an honor it was to have been invited into America's homes for thirty-five years, and advised us once more to spay and neuter our pets. And thus an era passes. I've been watching that damn show for over thirty years now, if you count the times when I was a baby and my aunt would plonk me down in front of the set as part of her babysittin' job. Kept me busy for hours (and explains a lot.) Now if I really wanted to make a full day of it, I should go to the kitchen now and have tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, only I have no tomato soup nor do I have the fixins for grilled cheese. WELL I HADN'T THOUGHT OF PLANNING IN ADVANCE HERE!

Oh, and I saw a commercial for a new $10,000,000 game show called "The Power of 10" (okay, nice concept) hosted by Drew Carey. When did Drew Carey defect to CBS? Wow. ABC/Disney was treating him like royalty. Until, I guess, they stopped.

I kept meaning to go back and find that post with pics of you meeting rikki because I wasn't friended at the time and I couldn't see them. I just don't remember when it happened.
