A recent comment elsewhere from lexinatrix mentioned one of my previous Postcards from Azeroth stories from waaaaaaaaaaay back in 2005, when one devious gnome with purple glasses and a supply of bombs pulled off an anarchist revolution in Stormwind.

This is just about as funny than the most recent jape that <Manager on Duty> has pulled on the Zangamarsh forum's progression thread (basically a guild pissin' contest thread where you get to go "HAY GUYS OUR GUILD JUST KILLED A BIG BOSS WOOT").

Our lovely and talented Kriek posted, just after one of the more hardcore raiding guild's peener wave that they took down the final boss of the high-level Serpentshrine Cavern, that he had personally gone over and taken down Elling Trias, Stormwind's Cheesemaster.

That's a brilliant adventure right there, so I wanted to relate the story of Frotz's day out.

So, let's turn the hands of time back (or at least just reset its system clock) to spring of 2005, when Mr. Frotz conducted his EXPLOSIVE REIGN OF TERROR!

Remember when the Onyxia event in Stormwind would occasionally bug out and that Fordragon dude would despawn? Were you there when Trinn decided to take it upon himself to helpfully take his place for the evening?

Me too. Me too. Gnomes what blow stuff up are good gnomes. I've been playing gnomes what blow stuff up for over five years now. If I could move him to a place where I'd actually be able to play him (he's only I think in his low 30s) I would, but really, the big push now is to get the cow to 70, then it's alt time.
