You mean this is an aberration? I know they were doing some beneficial transfer-improvements around the northeast and Boston was due eventually. I also know there's been no cable modem messing-with on this side of the pipe, so I was about to chalk it up to something very generous indeed.
If you lived in and/or around Seattle, I could tell you for certain what is going on. But since you have chosen to live in one of the non-blessed sections of the US, I am informationless. But like I said before, 1-800-COMCAST can get you to your local HSI Repair Department for any internet speed issues.
