IT'S THEATRE TIME IN SOMERVILLE, BEEP BEEP
Mar. 4th, 2004 11:42 pmOkay so maybe YOU are hanging around Somerville this weekend or next and YOU are thinking to yourself "Well by gum I'd sure like to see some live entertainment, maybe a play, yeah, a play would be great, and wouldn't it be nice if I didn't have to spend so much money to see one, because while I am starved for entertainment I am also poor or at least not as well-off as certain governors who claim to live in Belmont and are big dopes anyway?"
OR
Maybe YOU have thought "Gee, I sure do have an odd compulsion to see my pal Spatch walk around in a purple and silver king outfit with tights, a crown, and a beard spirit-gummed to his face!"
OR
Maybe YOU have recently thought "I have read Tom Stoppard's great play Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead and what fun it was, but I wonder what it is like when actually played out onstage?"
WELL THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT, HONEY, YOUR PRAYERS ARE GOING TO BE ANSWERED

Date: 2004-03-04 09:05 pm (UTC)Sadly, I can not come see you wearing tights.
But I would if I could, and it's the thought that counts.
Good luck!

Date: 2004-03-05 07:19 am (UTC)Because if the internet didn't exist, then I'd never have known that there was such a person as Mr Noyes in the world. And I wouldn't be sitting here thinking "My goodness me, I'd really like to see him in that play but I can't because there's that silly old Atlantic Ocean in the way."
Break a leg, anyway.
