spatchS: Just ate a lemon pepper frozen fish filet that'd been in the freezer for god-knows-how-long. Probably March.
TR: and this is different from your normal routine how?
S: I'm just sayin is all. Didn't even realize it til I was about halfway through. If I get a tapeworm, I'm naming it Skippy.
TR: Please. You'll be fine. The fish was cooked first, then frozen, and then you cooked it again. Just remember, "That which does not kill me..."

Date: 2006-08-15 12:42 pm (UTC)FIL doesn't have too many sensible food boundaries -- he'll eat anything, despite the presence of bright green and blue hues, fur, mysterious black dots, or very slow movement.
We were halfway through last night's casserole when he said, "I'll be glad to have this dish back in service, it's been in the freezer for about TWO YEARS."
