Well, you have your fennel polenta groat-encrusted seared with a red wine reduction and extra virgin emulsion food porn, and me, well, I just play with my food.



THIS SHRINE WAS BUILT ENTIRELY WITHOUT THE USE OF MODERN TOOLS!

I told the waiter it really wasn't a statement on the quality of the CheezStix(TM), which were okay as far as CheezStix(TM) go, I just couldn't finish. He said he was honestly impressed.

I'm reminded of the time I built a house of cards/coasters on the bar in an Outback Steakhouse, and the bartender kept giving me more coasters, and it just kept growing. I topped it with a menu card holder, then an ashtray, and the bartender told me that if it were really impressive, I'd be able to set my beer mug on top of it. Which I did--then left a big tip and walked out of the restaurant.

I'm sure it's probably still there.

But Cheesehenge? That's ART.

I could never get those Outback coasters to do much, but then again, I haven't had much experience or luck with hoose-o-cards buildin.
