Le spiffy! Something about that sepia tone and the bricks almost makes it look like it could be Paris or Marseilles.

I think Boston is the most European of all American cities, especially around Beacon Hill (where these shots were taken) and the North End -- with the added bonus that you don't usually have to dodge dog droppings on the sidewalk.
