1. do you mean a literal black bean (frijole negro), or just a grossness approximate in size and color to a black bean?
2. this seems to me to be difficult to achieve. I would think the bazooka-barfing would create an area of low pressure in the rear of the nasal area, making it difficult or even impossible to simultaneously expel an object outward from the nose.

No, but I did recently marvel at how broccoli florettes appear unchanged after travelling down my esophagus, staying down there for several hours, then reappearing in a special encore performance at the Kitchen Sink Theatre.

When you're in the process of expelling, it's difficult to determine what bits came out through the mouth and what bits came out through the nose, but that stuff seriously got up into my nasal cavity. For 45 minutes afterwards, I was continuously blowing chunks of black bean out of my nose. It hurt.
