It's a marvelous day at the Porcupine Racetrack! See it before Viacom notices and yanks it from YouTube.

(the video quality is crummy but that's what you get when the only time this was ever released, it was on VHS and it was a long time ago.)

Oh, and there also seems to be a nice copy of The Jew, The Italian and The Redhead Gay as well! Hooray for Viacom not noticing!

My favorite part of this one is the gasping-while-holding at the end.

ps: we had the two-forty, we had to have the pudding. aw yeah.

I suspect that I could probably sing most of that sketch from memory.

There was a rumor going around that MTV was working on a DVD release, but they'd rather do 3000 Real World releases first, I guess.

(Also I think part of Season One is on iTunes.)

HEY, I'M-A DA POPA!

I think so! That is a fun book, as it has the best description of the pedals of a car ever. One I still use to this day.

Press the pedal on the left (the one shaped like Ernie) to stop. Press the pedal on the right (the one shaped like Bert) to go.

The DVD set is real and will be happening soon. It will apparently contain everything ever in one box. However, it should be noted that there will likely not be any or at least most of the original background music, as MTV didn't want to pay for licensing.

Assuming the episodes available on iTunes and Xbox Live are the ones that will make it to DVD eventually, they've done a lot of editing.

Mostly music, as you say, but I've also noticed:

* the $240 worth of pudding sketch has been completely redubbed for some reason
* Don Law is missing the part where he makes you potato salad
* Celebrity Guidance Counselor has some really noticeable pixelation where they covered up photos

Ah, probably.

But they redubbed the voices too, which just really threw me off.
